Ed and Rachel Goode
Ed and Rachel Goode are lead church planters at Bridge FWB Church, a joint church plant project between the Illinois State Mission Board and North American Ministries. Serving alongside the Goodes are associate planters Jeremy and Rebekah Huff. Previously, the Goodes spent five years in ministry at First FWB Church in Richmond, VA, where Ed served as lead pastor. Champaign-Urbana is home to over 200,000 people and more than 50,000 college students from the University of Illinois, which houses the largest proportion of international students at any college in the US. In addition to the significant number of unreached students, only 30% of Champaign’s population identify as “religious” at all, giving Bridge FWB Church countless Gospel opportunities to pursue and many needs to meet through their ministry. Please pray for the Huffs and their team as they work to make the real Jesus impossible to ignore in Champaign.
