Joe and Kari Jamison
Joe and Kari Jamison serve as associate planters at The Well FWB Church in Ypsilanti, Michigan, alongside lead planters Greg and Hailey Smith. Originally from Oklahoma, the Jamisons were active members of West Tulsa FWB Church before feeling a clear call to church planting ministry. They have two sons, Jace and Sullivan. In 2023, the Jamisons moved to Ypsilanti, a culturally rich but spiritually needy city, to join The Well’s church planting effort. Committed to relational ministry, the Jamisons focus on building trust, offering hope, and sharing Christ’s love with those disconnected from or hurt by past church experiences. Through everyday conversations, acts of service, and discipleship, they seek to reflect Jesus’ truth and grace in a diverse, spiritually hungry community, believing the Gospel can bring renewal to people and communities across the state.
