Frank and Debbie Webster are church planters working to establish Connect FWB Church in The Villages, FL. The Websters are no strangers to NAM as Frank previously served on the NAM board and ministered as the State Mission Director for Missouri FWB. Located in sunny, central Florida, The Villages is a large, established retirement community where there are more golf carts than there are taxis in all of NYC.
